TTY devices
Speaking of TTY devices.....I need something that will let someone communicate real time as well as
save a TTY "Voicemail". Dose Avaya have a solution or should I look at the PC/Modem applications that are on the market? |

Re: TTY devices
There are several different market devices. The ones we use take messages and talk real-time. We only need an analog phone to make it work. We put ours in a hunt group as we get over 300 a week and don't want to miss a call when the agent's are available.
