Avaya/Lucent ADA Compliant Advanced TTY 8840 Phones
A user in one of our offices purchased an Avaya/Lucent ADA Compliant Advanced TTY 8840 Phone from PhoneMerchants.com (without consulting anyone if it would work correctly!). The PBX it is hooked up to is a G3R 11r.03.2.536.1. I've searched the web for installation instructions with no luck. Doesn't help that the user is in San Jose and I'm in Tampa, either, so I can't actually "look" at it. He is stating that he can't tell when he has a message and that when he is in his mailbox, if he tries to delete a message with *D, it disconnects him. Any info that anyone has would be greatly appreciated!
