VOIP phones not sending DTMF to Auto Att.
We are experiencing intermitent problems when trying to choose options from Auto Attendants from Voip phones. It's like once call is established and options are chosen DTMF is not being sent to select the options. We are using Avaya 4600 phones. Anyone else having this problem and know of a fix? |

We had a similar issue but was related to IP trunking. Avaya installed a patch (not sure of the details, sorry). Seems to be fine now.
