Audix and Message Manager
Hi, im trying to set up message manager on every computer by network
already check ip address from audix username and password and when click sign in received message "invalid argument" my last change was changin the dial plan from 4 digits ext to 5 digits ext that change was made on audix also on pbx and message manager stop working already reinstall message manager on machines thanks Audix v5.1 S8700 v11 Last edited by mugs; December 15th, 2004 at 02:52 PM. |

I have MM 5.0 without that problem. Avaya had that problem with 4.5 and 4.6 but 5 was suppose to fix it. I contacted AVAYA support they sugggest the problem is with the work station not recognizing the server DNS. Of course they are supposing you are using DNS. They recommend to test, use the IP address in the server ID and see if it clears. If it does clear contact your network support group if not they did not provide an answer.
