Prologix Error 122
We have a Prologix that is reporting a major alarm, failing test 122. This is an environmental test, which says in the Avaya docs that the fan is blocked or bad, or the power supply is bad, or the room is too hot, etc. The problem is, I've checked most of the denominators:
Swapped out power supply Swapped out fan unit Swapped out Processor Put Processor into another Prologix carrier returned the Prologix to its' fully upright postition :) each time I do a "test environment" the error returns. There is no common denominator! The room temperature is also not the issue; it is cold enough in there. Any suggestions? |
