POTS kine over fiber

I have an epn next door at a different address and need to get a POTS line from the building next door to connect to a CO board in the main building in the ppn. There is a fiber connection between the two buildings. Is there a way to run the POTS line over the fiber so I can connect it to the CO board in the ppn?

Why not just have the local carrier move it to the building you need it in ? It will make it alot easier for the next guy I promise. Don't you have tie cables between the buildings. It's not something I've ever done, or even thought of doing but maybe there is a way.

I need it to stay in the same building. I am setting up 911 routing and it needs to stay in that address so they can tell where the 911 call originated. If I move it, it will look like it is coming from the main building if 911 is dialed.

Why don't you just put a CO-Trunk card in the EPN? I just looked on eBay and there was an auction ending in 1 hour with a TN747B at $9.99 opening bid and no one bidding.
