Caller ID problems with DID #'s on S8100
I am having a problem with in-bound caller ID on our DID phone numbers only. The number will show on the phone but the name will not appear. However, if I hit SendAllCalls, the name and number show up correctly. The call either has to be picked up immediately or it will be sent to voice mail. We have a Definity S8100. Does anyone know what setting may need to be changed on the S8100?

By the way, Avaya told me this is working as designed. Telcom tells me that everything is wide open on their end. Does any one else have any ideas?
