ISDN & Hunt groups (again)
This goes back to my previous thread:
ISDN & Hunt groups where in the end I got it all working. In summary, one hunt group containing 14 numbers for 7 BRI lines. Last week our Prologix was replaced with S8700 media servers and media gateways. G3 Version: V12 Since than any external call made to the hunt group is terminated after no more than two minutes and often less. If I dial the hunt group from an extension on the same switch I stay connected. If I or the external callers dial the BRI lines directly the call stays connected. Does anyone know what this might be? thanks, Tom. |
