I'm trying to do some clean up in the switch (Avaya G3r Release 11) and have conflicting VDN and vector reports - where the vector shows calls but the (only) vdn that points to the vector shows no calls. I've done 'list usage vector 17' and the result only shows the vdn number that points to the vector. I've also done list vdn and vector 17 only shows up once, under vdn 1271. How else can calls get to a vector if not from a vdn or another vector?

Guess you are trying to generate the report via the cms as i can see you are familiar with the switch.
There are a couple of stuffs you would need to set in the cms like assigning the vdn to the vector, assigning agent skill, vdn skill preference etc then you will be able to get the report for vdn. Good luck... |

Re: Vector Reports
I figured out the problem.
The calls I was seeing on the vector report are Flow Out calls. Those calls don't show up on a VDN Call Profile Monthly report, which I was running, but they do show up on a VDN Monthly report. Makes sense now - a Call Profile report shows calls answered and abandoned, and Flow Out calls are neither.
