redundant PSU 655A with a G650 in a S8700/G650/G700 IP-Connect
Hi
I am made to understand that G650 supports redundant PSU in an S8700/G650 only solution (i.e no G700 remotely registered to S8700). I wonder how can the G700 remotely registered to server affects the Dual PSU arrangement for local gateways G650. Pls confirm anyone using redundant PSU 655A with an G650 gateway in a S8700/G650/G700 IP-Connect environment. Thanx n Regards |

The G650 Does support dual power supplies and you can have G700 gateways registered to the G650's or other cabinets. This will work in both IP Connect and Multi-Connect (since you can have G650's fiber connected to a center stage or direct connect).
