ISDN caller id

how can you change the number on outgoing caller ID per station. I can do this on the IP office. i was just wondering if i can do it for the Definity???? Thanks in advance...

Hi

Try to use the "change isdn public-unknown-numbering" in older system and use "change public-unknown-numbering" in newer system.

You are allright in my book!! works like a champ! Can i set it up to send the name of the person also? if so where do i do that at!!! Thanks in advance.

that's a service your carrier will provide for you. you can turn it on or off on page 2 of your PRI trunk group form.
