I've been working with Active Voice products since Active Voice had products, and am consistently impressed.
We sell others less expensively or to supply a particular missing feature, but Active Voice products are incredibly reliable, the desktop apps not only look good but work too, and the support staff actually seems to know the applications. |

I beilieve you can not beat the Octel products. The Octel 200,300,250,350 are awesome. I have not seen a customers need they can not meet. We have them on Air Force Bases, Big Corporations and small/medium size offices.

Both AVAYA's Octel & Intuity are great products. AVAYA will be bringing out a new product called Modular Messaging S3400. This wil be a merger of both products, it is pretty powerful in what it can do. The S3400 will be replacing the Octel in the near future.

The Intuity Interchange is not a exactly a Messaging product, but it allows you to streamline your communications by linking stand-alone messaging systems from multiple vendors throughout your organization into a company-wide messaging network.

You can go to their website to see if it meets your needs - http://www.esnatech.com. I believe there is support for Avaya, both the key systems as well as the larger PBXs.

I have worked with a lot of Centigram Voicemail systems in the Rochester, NY area, but they are outdated systems :D Most are being replaced by the ActiveVoice NEAXMail product, and I have been supporting a NEAXMail AD8 out of a 2000 ivs..
