S8700 Firewall questions.
This would be similar to another thread I had started but, no one offered any suggestions. Does anyone use the Firewall Link on the Maintenance page of the Switch's web Administration?
If so I have a question. I have unchecked the box for Telnet "Output from Server". I clicked Submit and navigated away from the web page and back again to make sure the setting took. The problem is that I am still able to Dial into the Server via INADS, begin a telnet session to the server and from their start another telnet session from the server to a device on our corporate LAN. I am familiar with Linux Firewalls, and know that when I have made changes on them, that I had to restart the firewall to have the changes take effect. Do I need to do this on the S8700?
