Change all Extensions
We currently have maxed out our 3 digit extension and I'm looking for an easy way to change all current 3 digits extensions to 4 digits. We can't overlap 3 and 4 because of the interdigit delay causes lots of confusion for our employees. I plan on just adding a 1 in front of everyone's current ext. I know I can do this one at a time through ASA, but we have over 500 numbers (plus covers, hunt groups, pickup groups, and more). We also don't have enough right to use to set up 2 ext's at the same time, but I can make the old ext work by setting up a uniform dial plan.
Does any one have ideas of an easy way to do this? |

This may be my only option. I was just hoping for a way to use the change user extension function in asa in a batch process because it will also change every place that the extension is (ie hunt groups, cover paths, pick-up groups, ect) |
