I have setup Meet Me Conf on our system and have been using it for about 6 months. It is an alright feature, but there are many limitations that keep it from really being useful (Not being able to track the calls)
My biggest problem is that sometimes the MMC VDN will be locked up, busy, eventhough no one is on the call. When someone tries to use the acount they get a fast busy. When I do a status on the VDN, it shows no connected ports, but the status is busy. I then need to go reset the VDN to allow calls. This is causing the system to be unreliable.
Does anyone know what could be locking up the calls?

I dont know the answer to your question, however the meet-me in Definity is just junk. I have implimented asterisk via T1 card to the PBX to handle multiple conference calls, without user limits and some features.

FYI asterisk is an open source PBX www.asterisk.org

Have seen this before and you may need to get the latest update for your software. We have had no problems running on CM2.0 for the last year. In CM3.0 Avaya is supposed to up the number of users that can be conferenced but I haven't seen a hard number yet. Always try to give the type system and release number when posting. It makes a lot of difference.
