S8300, oneway transmission
User's are having problems with oneway transmission , they dial number, call connects but the user is unable to here the far end when connected, the called end can here the user.
Anyone come across this one, the customer has both 4602's and agents using road warrier. The agents don't have a problem but looks like to problem is only with the 4602's. These have been updated with latest fimware but problem is still happening. Thanks |
