Find & Replace Not Working As Expected

Hi guys - first post, so please be nice ;)

I'm using the "find & replace" function in ASA to change a range of 200 extensions via a template. When running the task, it successfully changes the first 80 stations, but for each of the subsequent stations, it reports "no space available to add data".

The platform is an S8700 & the phones are 4620: Any ideas?

TIA,

B'Billy

:D Hi could use a bit more info but, create a manual entry using one of the numbers that didnt work. or there may not be enough numbers in your range.

It could also be something as simple as abbreviated dialing list entries. If you give everyone their own personal list then each list's number of entries compunds to your system limit. That is one I have run into many times when doing mass additions like that.

In any case, it is indeed a capacity problem of some sort....more details would help as has already been mentioned
