I have a cyber center where all our IP comes in and I have a few sites that we ip trunk to using VOIP when the network takes a hit the VOIP trunks go down both sites should go down as well and they do. when they come back up only the cyber center comes up and not the remote site. the signaling stays down until you busy the signaling and stroke the IP threshold exceeds from yes to no once you do this the ip signaling comes back inservice this should not happen when the network comes back up both sites should come back in service. We are running release version 10 and 11 on G3si. any advise on why this would happen and if there are any solutions please advise.
Thanks George |
