Talking RE: Billing Question PORT USAGE

Can someone please help me understand where Avaya gets there port info from when they dial into your switch. What tools do they use and where do they get the count from?

Thank You

Talking Re: Billing Question PORT USAGE

Thank you. When I'm looking in the disp sys cust I see max ports and used. For one of my sites I'm being billed for 804 ports and I'm only using 677 but my Max port is 900. I'm not complaining but it does not make sense that is why I'm asking the question. I appreciate your help.

Thanks
George
