OneTouch recording

I have a CM1.1 (R11i) with an Intuity Audix 5.1 and am wondering how to enable the one-touch recording via Audix. I see nothing in the system-parameters customer-options screen, nor on the system-paramerters special-applications screens that show whether this feature is active or not. There is no entry for this in the system-parameters features, nor any option to administer the record button on a digital set? Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Re: OneTouch recording

I have both R11 and R12 switches. I can do it in the R12 (CM2.0) by programming a 'audix-rec' button on the phone. I doesn't work on my R11.

The record feature can be customized by doing a 'cha sys feat' and going to page 7. You then have these options:

AUDIX ONE-STEP RECORDING
Recording Delay Timer (msec): 500
Apply Ready Indication Tone To Which Parties In The Call? all
Interval For Applying Periodic Alerting Tone (seconds): 15

Re: OneTouch recording

Do you know if Audix One-Touch Recording will work on my 11r.0.3.2.536.1? Some Avaya documentation indicates it will work on V11 and higher. Other documentation indicates it was not introduced until 1.3. I'm able to setup the hunt group, program the audix-rec button, hear the periodic alerting tone, but the recording is not sent to the initiator's mailbox, and no mesasge light appears on the initiator's phone. I have no idea where the recording is going if it is going anywhere Any ideas or suggestions?
