CMS Location ID question
Hi,
I'm just a newbie trying to setup the Location name for the Real-Time Agent by Location Report. I was wondering what should I input for the Location ID? I tried searching on avaya's support site and the Help file that came with CMS, but I could not find anything that says where I could find the Location ID. |

You can set the location ID within the CMS dictionary under "Location ID's".
You need to ensure that you have write access to the CMS dictionary to enable you to do this. |
