Medpro - HW3 FW16

I am trying to upgrade the firmware on the above medpro - and due to the vintage, it looks like the
upgrades need to be staged in order to get to the latest firmware (Which I believe is 93)
I am trying to make the leap to 45 which can be done as long as I follow the "special instructions" which
are contained in the elusive "TFTP_Firmware_download_procedures.pdf" - Does anyone know
where I can get this document?
Also , I would be intending to upgrade via ftp to the Clan 799C - Is this possible , and if so is there a document detailing this procedure?
Looking at upgrades from say 55 -93 , it is just one file - Anything below 21 has several files associated
with the upgrade , hence why I need the "Special Instructions"

Just one other thing worth a mention - It was on FW21 - I tried to download the latest firmware
as per instructions. The firmware download failed (F) , and the board reverted back to FW16.
Didn't read anything about that in the instructions!
Everything seemed fine, tested ok - It recognised the file - But didn't take it, and decided to
knock me down a peg ...
Bottom line , I have a board reporting FW16 - how can I get it to take some new firmware

OK- Ignore that last bit "V21 or below" - Not "Below V21" require the "Special Instructions" hence why I have messed that one up.

You can not upgrade the CLAN TN799C only the TN799DP are upgradable.
The only to upgrade your MedPro is a CLAN, you have to upload your file via ftp in the CLAN and then with the change firwmare download command you will upgrade your board.

Dherve is right, we had the same problem and had to purchase 799DP Clan's.

Appologies - I was not trying to upgrade the clan , but upgrade the medpro " via the clan".
(However you have made a point, and I will have to by a few more clans)
I have since resolved this issue - and here is the fix (Took a bit of reading)

We installed a cisco 3500 with a mac address with on OUI of- XX-11-XX
As you may know the medpro boards below FW93 will not operate if connected/or connects via a device with an OUI of of xx-11-xx or xx-2E-xx. It would see devices on it's own subnet , but nothing else .
This was the real problem - Not being able to connect to the Medpro remotley , I tried to flash upgrade
via the clan - Which should have worked but didn't.
I ended up using TFTP from a device on the same subnet to load up FW46 to the medpro direct.
A board reset (Not a soft reset) loaded up FW 46 (Which although did not clear the fault), enabled me to
flash upgrade the medpro FW93 from the clan board. This resolved the fault... Phew

Now.. Off to buy some flash upgradeable Clan boards
