S8300B Installation Wizard CM2.0.1 Error
Hello friends,
Using the setup Installation Wizard in a S8300B (CM2.0.1) and a G700 Gateway we end up with an error after selecting the Country (France, Japan, UK of USA/Canada) in the Telephony step. The Installation Wizard returns with an error but doesn’t say what the problem is. The error it returns is: “ERROR: Unable to change terminal parameters” “Supporting Data: Identifier command word(s) omitted; pleas press HELP” Help doesn’t reveal any information. I have tried both the 2.0-14 and 2.0-16 releases of the IW but always get the same error. Is it possible that the CM2.0.1 doesn’t work with the S8300 1B version??
