Cdr
Prologix V11.1
I'm trying to setup CDR but cannot seem to be able to capture any data. Tried using EIA port and data module but neither are working. I've read over Chapter 13 - Installation of Adjuncts and Peripherals and don't see anything about my issue. Any help on where to start would be great. Thanks |

Re: Cdr
I would start by connecting your com port on your laptop to the prologix and run hyperterminal. You should see data coming out of your switch. I think you need to enter something under 'primary output format' in the 'cha sys cdr' screen. Depending on what call accounting software you use will determine what to enter. If you just want to see data, enter 'unformatted'.
