Installed ISDN with caller ID (first time). Circuit has been turned up and confirmed with Verizon NOC.
I am using DID range 0800-0899 riding on the isdn. When i call the DID's my console operator
picks up the call every time. I want to assign to my telephones that are assigned 5 digit
extension thru the dial plan thruout the building - it's not working. I have tried massaging the
trunk group with no success - please help. I have a G3RV6 using TN464F with 120A3 CSU Mod.

ICHT (page 3 on trunk group form) called length equals 4, insert your prefacing digit to complete the 5 digit extension (service could = "other").

call comes in as 0800, insert '2' to create 20800 (or whatever you need)

also, list trace tac will show you what's going on...
