Ip-Softphone
I am having trouble getting an IP softphone to work. I have downloaded R4V1.03. I have installed it on both my laptop & desktop. I am able to get the telecommuter part to work but cannot get the road warrior part to work. After I login I cannot complete a call. Once I dial a number it appears to go off hook and then nothing else happens. And when I try to call the extension I receive a busy signal. Am I missing something? Or do I need to download a different version? Both my laptop & desktop are running Windows XP-Professional. The version on the Definity G3R is R10.01.
