Ip Phones and DTMF

Hi,

I've got two customers with the same issue : ip phones does not
transmit the DTMF code.
The two sites are in S8700 CM2.1 (load 411.7) and one site have
phones in 2.0 and the other one in 2.1.2. We have 4620 and 4610 ip
phones.
The problems is simple because the trouble is in internal too when
we called the Intuity Audix we can press the differents buttons any
digits are transmit!!

Does anyone have this issue before and can let me know.

I've had a problem which sounds the same . What version of Analogue cards do you have?, also is the problem also the same when you connect to an external caller

But my trouble is present when a customer called a bank and when he wants to enter digits nothing is transmits!! So no relation with the analog board.
