Installing New Phone
I kinda got tossed into the phone system here with no training and really nothing to go by.. And today someone moved offices from an old wing to a new wing of the building.. How would I go about finding out what physical port his phone is now plugged into.. The wiring is a complete mess and would take days to figure out where everything went physically so I'm hoping there is something on the Definity that will help

Re: Installing New Phone
The company that we happen to outsource a few of our buildings to showed up when I was in the middle of this and we worked it out.. Support showing up before we even call them.. Gotta love it
