Hello all,
We are using a Definity G3Si Switch over here. We are using E1 line which terminates to our dialogic Server (Analog on trunk side analog and line side E1). The protocol used in the Switch is CAS. Now the communication between the switch and the dialogic seems to be a problem. if given off-hook in dialogic does not reach the switch at all. The settings in the Ds1 card are mentioned below Bit Rate: 2.048 Signaling Mode: CAS Line Coding: hdb3 Interconnect: pbx Interface Companding: alaw Country Protocol: 1 Idle Code: 11111111 Slip Detection? n Near-end CSU Type: other Trace was taken for one of the extn's but there was no communication for that extn. Dialogic boards used here are - D300JCT, D600JCT. Settings in the dialogic also match with the switch settings such as country protocol and interface companding. I wanted to know if there is any way of test the CAS signal if it reaches the Dialogic board. |
