firewall and bcms vu

which ports shld i configure in firewall (in both sides) so as to let bcms vu server and client connect and communicate?

it's urgent. pls help!

I couldn't find anything, maybe a call to Avaya and speak to an application developer would be your best bet.

I think it's the same as CMS. Which I believe is a telnet port.

First, the user needs the access right in the network right up to the bcms server then you'll need to configure the bcms server to accpet this user and puff.....it's up........
