CMS V12 Report Question

Greetings everyone!

I have a manager :smack: that is asking for the Split/Skill Summary Interval report but he wants the totals to show the average for each half hour for the month.

Is there such a report in CMS that can do this?

TIA,
Mike

Re: CMS V12 Report Question

If this is at all possible it will definately need to be a specially designed report. There isn't a standard report that will show this.

I presume that it would need to be a mixture of a normal interval report and another table looking at monthly info. I can't get my head around how that would work!

We had someone requestiong something similar and it seemed easier to manipulate data within excel.

Re: CMS V12 Report Question

And that is exactly what I did! I exported the data into an Excel spreadsheet and used the formula =SUM(a1:a50)/countif(a1:a50) to get my averages. I didn't want the averages to include zero values.

If anyone has a solution to this, we would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks!

Access the CMS via terminal emulator and create a custom report using Screen Painter. This is not an easy task nor is it one that I can explain to you in this forum. There are two ways to learn how to create Custom Reports: 1) Formal training or 2) just roll up your sleeves and get in there and figure it out (how I learned). You can import any existing report into Screen Painter (including standard reports) and then manipulate it every which way from Sunday. Give it a whirl.

Re: CMS V12 Report Question

What you are asking for it a little more complicated. But possible. Because interval tables are stored by default 30 days, it would just have to query and built a report like you ask.

You can pay Avaya to build this report, but i think they charge $1500 per report.
Other places do them cheeper.

If you like this kind of report I would increase your stored interval time beyond 30 days.
