Mapd Dlg

I have heard from a couple of sources that the MAPD card (TN801B) is being discontinued. Is this true? Can any anyone point me to any references for this, such as an End of Sale notice?

I never seen any End of Sale but what I can said is that the DLG application (use in the MapD) is co-resident in the Communication Manager and if you use CvLan you need to add the application on a Linux Server...

The MAPD was made end of sale for new system sales as of June 2004, add on sales i.e customers using MAPD who wish to purchase an additonal MAPD for can do so until June 2005 when end of sale will apply to all customers.

From June 2004 the co residant DLG should be used, Avaya CT will be dependant on application. If using CV-LAN then you will need Avaya CT.
