Difinity Remote Access

I think someone got into my system through Remote Access and made tons of calls to the Middle East. Can someone point out where I can find any white papers for this feature and the dangers of it? Is this supposed to be disabled upon installation? Trying to explain how remote access works to senior management and want to have documentation to back it up. Where can I find it in administration commands?

Thanks for any help on this.

Go to support.avaya.com and do a search on Toll Fraud. There's a very good manual/workbook that AT&T/Lucent/AVAYA has produced that explain various potential POEs for toll fraud.
