Audix messages appending to eachother
I'm running Intuity Audix 4.4. A user's mailbox has messages that have "spliced together." I listened to them and two messages became one in his mailbox, one ends and the other starts and then the first one plays again at the end. He uses message manager for Audix. Does anybody know why it would do this?

Make sure the problem isn't related to message manager - thus listen to the voice mails through the TUI (Telephony User Interface). Message Manager can be buggy a bit and incorrectly play a message, or cut it off...etc. Yet, when you listen to the same message through the TUI - the message is just fine.
Assuming that the issue is not related to Message Manager - you may have corruption. An immediate call into AVAYA is highly suggested. Regards, Chris |
