Audix error message.

I have a user that keep getting error message "@ Audix 12". It appeares about every 2 minutes.
I have tried to find a list of error code, but no luck.

Does anyone have an idea, what this means.

When did you have this error message? When you did a display alarms, did you have something? If yes, provide me the entire line and I will able to help you.

The error message is displayed constantly, with a 2 minutes internal. Regardless incomming calls or not.
I did a display alarm, but got nothing.

What is the release of the Audix? Intuity Audix or Def Audix ?

This error you seen is never displayed in the display alarms ???

I deleted the users Audix account, and re-created it. Solved the problem.
