Hi All,

Thank you for all the help so far in reading the forums. I administer a Definity G3R V11 and have recently installed an ISDN PRI circuit. I have ordered a block of 100 DID's that I need to add treatment to. In the trunk group administration page for the PRI circuit, there are only 3 pages of ICHT, 51 total slots. Is there a way to get more pages or slots for all of my DID's?

I don't think you're going to be able to add more Incoming Call Handling Treatment, but you might be able to solve the problem another way. If part of all the numbers map correctly, e.g. 661 3456 = extension 6456, you can strip the "bad" digits and insert the correct digits on the trunk page. If the DID numbers are all over the place, and/or they don't map well to extensions, you might (should) be able to have the LEC map the numbers on their end.
Can you provide further info? What range of numbers is coming in, and what are they getting mapped to?

you dont need to handle every DID (normally) if your extension range is 4000 and your DID is 234-56xx. Say the carrier is sending you the last 4 digits as DNIS.. then you just need to make 1 entry to strip off the six and insert a 4. which will effect every DNIS.

much easier than entering 100 seperate DID's.

Yeah, what I am trying to do is direct each of the DID's to a hunt group administred to a fax server but I need to have the caller ID intact as that is how the fax server routes the fax to the correct person. I think what you describe will work. I will give it a try!
