Anyone have issues using IP Agent in telecomunter mode with cisco VPN?
Situation is: User connects to our VPN before AD login. Then logs into AD and windows comes up. Then user launches IP Agent and gets logged into PBX fine. Then sometime during the shift (Sometimes 3x's a night) User gets disconected by ipagent, yet all their other applications and the VPN stay connected. Sometime the user can not get back into the pbx until they reboot their PC, etc... Anyone seen this behavior or have recomendations? Agent is running: WIN 2000 Pro Cisco VPN 4.3C IP Agent 4 PBX=CM1.3 Thank you! |

Re: IP agent v4 issues
We are seeing the same behavior, Windows 2000 with Cisco VPN 4.0.3C. Applying SP2 for IPAgent v4 helped a little, but we still see the behavior. I have asked users to send me their evenlog.txt files from c:\program files\avaya\avaya ip agent so I might engage avaya for resolution
