Headsets
Hi We are using 4620 IP phones but are having problems in sourcing either the correct HIP leads for headsets (Plantronics H51 Supra Monaural) or the correct settings on the switch.
Customers who dial us can hear themselves echoing when speaking. Has anyone come accros this before? R12 |
