Hi:
I am :newbie: in here and my english is not that good. Anyway, I require some help from you guys in a try to solve a situation I am having with my definity s8700 and a DIALOGIC IVR attached to it. The IVR connects to the pbx through a DS1/T1 interface. Each port is just included into a trunk group on the s8700 in a 1-1 relationship. Now, everything is working perfect. The main use for this IVR is predictive dialing by now. What I need is that everytime this IVR places a call, the customer receives an DID number (which will indicate a VDN customer service queue) in case the customer needs to call back for any reason. Here is the point. Since every port on the trunk group is not attached to an extension, there is no way for me to set the ISDN public-unknown table to reflect the proper DID because this table works only for extensions. Does anyone in here know if there is a way that I can tell the trunk group to send a pre-defined CallerID/DID number for all the calls passing throuhg it? Any other ideas to fix this? Nice, isn't it? I would really appreciate all your cooperation guys on this matter. Thanks in advanced, MC. ![]() |
