CMS question regarding agents

CMS Supervisor 11

Hi, not sure if its ok to post CMS related questions, but here we go:

Is it possible for CMS users to create agents? I had a user who thought they were creating them by going to Commands/Dictionary/Login Identification but of course all they were doing was identifying the agent and specifying the name they want on for the user on reports.

Thanks and I hope to trim down the newbie questions, I'm slowly getting there :)

Yes. Questions about Definity Servers and all related adjuncts are welcome.

No. Physical creation of the agent must be done via a PBX SAT session including appropriate COR, call handling preference, password, etc. Once the agent is created in the PBX, however, you can move/assign agent skills via CMS.
