Does Anyone now if you can send the ANI for a VDN
I have a Definity G3si v9. I am trying to get our 800 numbers to send the VDN's ANI to our offsite IVR for measurement purposes. I have set up severl DID's to send the ANI they work fine.
Does anyone now how to do this or if it is possible?
