ISDN problem

Hi All
I have a problem with my PBX definity and ISDN flow.
It is like if flow ISDN it were bewitched and calls in escape cannot be made. In order to resolve the problem I must reset the PBX definity.
In the directory of the alarms of the PBX I have ISDN_SGR Warning out. This problem happens someone periodically. Is there someone who gives me information to rersolve this problem?

Thank you
Davide

Re: ISDN problem

I am not sure that I got it right, but it seems that you have time synchronization problems. Set the synchronization to the DS1 board that the PRI is connected.

Use the commands: Status synchronization, Change synchronization, Set synchronization UUCSS

Re: ISDN problem

Not sure I understand the question completely. We get this error on an ISDN trunk we use for our Video Conferencing Equipment. It is caused when the users turn off the video equipment.
