TN464GP Firmware Download
We are in the process of upgrading the firmware on our TN464GP Circuit Packs. We have Circuit Packs with Firmware Version 6 and tried to upgrade to Firmware Version 15. We were successful on 10 of these units, but 3 Circuit Packs were found defective after the attempted upgrade and are unusable. The switch (S8700) gives the indication of No Board when the TN464 is in place. We have tried the upgrade again, we have reset the board and the board still appears to be defective. Has anyone else run into this issue?
