Caller ID

Please help. I need to re-activate caller id on our G3R and Definity Prologix. I have ISDN PRI trunks. I have already checked the idsn-public-unknowm & the info is in there. But I am not recieving any info from our Telco. They assured me that they are sending caller id info. I am also sending caller id from a certain group of extensions but not from all of them. I can't find any difference in programming between them. But I am not recieving caller id info on any extension.
Thanks

Re: Caller ID

Sorry for the confusion.
The core pbx is a G3rv10 and is dcs networked to 9 prologix v9 & 10. From the G3r I am able to send caller id but not recieve. From the Prologix pbx's I am not able to send or recieve any caller id. I have the information programmed in the isdn-public-unknown-numbering form.
When we first cut over these pbx's the caller id was working both ways. Then we had a city counselor that wanted it removed. I am not sure how or what was done because then.
Thanks

Could be a couple of things. Your stations may be turned off for cpn. Go to page 2 of the station form and on the right hand side you will notice a field per station cpn. This can be Y N or R or left blank. R for restricted.

If this is fine then go to page 2 of the trunk form and name and number must be stroked to yes. CPN name may not be turned on but the number will go out.

Incoming caller id is something the Lec must activate. Now if someone has it blocked it will not show up.
