ASA Import and Audix

We have a list of extensions/subscribers that we need to change. We need to change the 'switch number' field in Intuity Audix for a non consecutive group of subscribers. I have tried to log into Audix and use the Advanced 'Import' feature of ASA to no avail. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this? Basically changing one field in a list of subscribers.

Our Intuity Audix is 4.4-5 I believe. I get this from the System software verification. If it is not correct I can check when I reboot the system tomorrow.
TIA

What version of ASA are you using? Some of the older versions did not work with Audix. But ASA certainly does work with an Audix system for export and import as we use it all the time.

Talking Re: ASA Import and Audix

I'm using ASA 1.9 which probably is the problem. What version is it up to now? This version definitely seems to have it's bugs. Like when I try to assign a port to a station, if the port is the wrong type or is in use or marked bad. The error message only flashes across the status bar momentarily making troubleshooting an interesting challenge. I'll contact Avaya and get another version ordered up. Let freedom ring ...... Happy 4th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: ASA Import and Audix

The best way to do it is to export the data into an excel spreadsheet. Make your changes and import it back into ASA. Works very well.
