I have a problem witha definity Guessworks when the opperator press night service the call will route to the front desk then to the auto attendant which is fine. The problem is when a guess dial 0 the call will stay at the console it will not route to the front desk.
I though about using vector and set it up using time of day but i am wondering if there is another way If iuse vector when the 2 console is inuse what will happen the to the third call will will it ring on the console or they will hear a busy.Keep in mine the they don't want the the qeue or any of that kind of thing internaly.

Make sure that the front desk phones are digital display phones and set them up as attendant backup phones. Instructions for administering a phone as an attendant backup are located in the Administrator's guide (555-233-506), Chapter 5 (Managing your attendant consoles).
