busyout MIS
I need to enable expert agent selection in our Definity switch, but I first must busy out MIS....I'm just wondering what excatly MIS controls....haveing a tough time getting information on it.
Any help would be great. Thanks. |

I believe it stands for Management Information System. It monitors various call center api's and reports back information. I can't really give you detailed information in a short answer.
