S8700 + Avaya 4610 + NICE

I currently have a S8700 release 2.0.1 with software update 6960 using Avaya 4610 IP hard phones. In addition, I have a NICE VoIP recording solution.

We continue to experience recording issues with the 4610 IP hard phones. According to NICE, we must define the 4610 phones "natively" in the switch (versus using a 4620 alias mode).

Are you having similar issues? If so, how did you fix the problem?

4612 is more probably correct. do a change alias station that will tell you what your aliases are and what the real 'native' setting is.
