remote coverage

Ok,, ive got one that is stumping me.

Customer has remote coverage to his Verizon wireless phone. (happens to all Verizon calls)

Call comes into INTUITY COR is set wide open (at the moment) user enters extension to xfer to.. it rings the desk coverage should take it to cell phone. I watch it go out the trunk (tested ATT and Qwest trunk) and it says NPA-NXXX is no longer in service.

I dial it directly it works. I change the number to a nextel phone in the coverage path and it works.

Only think I can think of is some II digits are passing and the call to that carrier?
i dunno, stumped!

If you "List trace" on the trunk(tac) do you see the correct digits going to line?
