You might want to consider a timer pop on coverage path and at a certain time cover to the extension the execs want the calls to go to. command is add cover time-of-day next. system will assign a number (t1 ect.) and use that as the cover path on the exec extension. Hopefully they all go the the same extension to make it easy.

Time-of-day coverage is setup for one week schedule only, if you were looking for an other every Thursday I don't beleive that would work. I don't have an answer either but will keep my eyes open.

Quote:
1) Put a modem in the secretary's PC and assign console permissions to the analog line that you'll be giving her from the switch. Now, using her Outlook contact list or some terminal program, set up a dial string so that the modem will automatically call-forward the phones via FACs when she activates the dial string. Mind you, she'll have to make a double-click to force the modem to dial (oh, her poor button pushing finger) but she won't have to leave her seat. 2) As a variance of the above you could set up some sort of script and force execution using Window's built-in scheduler software. Now it truely would be auto-magic. 3) Here's a REAL easy one: Set up her own phone with console permissions. Now add an abbreviated-dial "group" list (or other list) to her station, add a button on her phone to acces the list, and pre-program all of the FACs into the list that are required to forward/un-forward the phones where she wants. Now all she has to do is to press one button followed by a 2-digit code to forward/un-forward each phone. regs, .al.
